• Cyber Security Analyst will conduct research, evaluate system configuration data, and provide recommendations to enhance security posture of network and infrastructure.
• Designs and implements data network security measures; operates Network Intrusion Detection and Forensics; conducts performance analysis of Information Systems security incidents; develops Continuity of Operation (COOP)/Disaster Recovery (DR) plans and supports certification of Information Systems and Networks
• Seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to detect, analyze, and mitigate cyber threats.
• Perform network traffic analysis of organizational systems to analyze raw packet data and identify anomalous behavior.
• Identify gaps in cybersecurity systems and processes to reduce organizational risks.
• Offer innovative cyber defense solutions to protect customer systems.
• Experience with SIEMs, SOAR, EDR platforms.
• Participate in the penetration test lifecycle to understand threats and recommend solutions.
• Understand and recommend industry best practices for the configuration of Networks and Linux and Windows Machines.
• Assists with real-time CND incident handling (i.e., forensic collections, intrusion correlation and tracking, threat analysis, and advising on system remediation) tasks to support onsite engagements.
• Enterprise in Antivirus, Content Filtering, Proxies, and Crowdstrike.
• Leverage analytical tools like Splunk and Wireshark among others to assist in the analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (computer science, engineering, etc.) and 4 – 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in developing, maintaining, and delivering a Cybersecurity Plan.
• Excellent research, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively interact with others and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiar with basic professional software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Detail oriented with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
