- Relevant experience in implementing one or more Oracle EPM technologies.
- Experience in Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Services (EPBCS) system (Projects, Workforce, Capital, Financials).
- Experience in Enterprise Data Management (EDM) Profitability & Cost Management Cloud Services (PCMCS) OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud)
- 1+ full life cycle Hyperion EPM Implementation Project experience in EPM Suite of Products 11.x
- Understanding of cloud-based SaaS and PaaS market offerings.
- Ability to create complex business rules and integrate with source systems.
- Experience in building metadata, designing webforms, data reconciliation, building dashboards, and Business Rules
- Techno functional capabilities in FCCS, HFM, FDMEE, SV and FR.
- Good experience in HFM/FCCS implementations and support.
- Good knowledge of EPM and reporting tools.
- Strong functional experience in areas like Financial close process, Financial consolidation and finance background.
- Ability-to work on HFM Cloud and On-premises.
- Sound experience on Hyperion installation and configurations.
- Good experience with metadata changes, Forms and reports.
- Capable of handling Security, Maintenance and Patching.
- Migration experience of HFM to FCCS.
- Should have experience on ARM, ARCS, FDMEE, DM, HFR and DRM
- Ability to gather requirements, plan delivery and assess risks.
- Create and maintain system documentation, both functional and technical.
- General understanding of agile methodologies.
- Experience with process re-engineering and driving continuous improvement.
- Experience with software development using a full life-cycle (Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, and Implementation).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ability to independently address a company system application need with user customers, cooperatively conceive a direction, and bring forth a recommended proposal for management review.
- Ability to comprehend customer needs and implement the application on time and within budget.
- Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
- Good understanding of Unix and experience developing shell scripts.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of direct work experience in developing and supporting EPM solutions including Hyperion.
- 5+ years of experience in SQL, PL/SQL, OLAP, or Essbase calc scripts.
