Responsibilities

• Working closely with key business SPOCs and stakeholders to align the application design and technical feasibility.
• Designing and developing the code to ensure that applications function correctly and meet the requirements.
• Designing, building, and maintaining stable, secure and scalable cloud environments.
• Automating our testing and deployment pipelines to deliver faster solutions.
• Monitoring and assessing the performance of applications in cloud environments to ensure our software is available anytime, anywhere.
• Creating, testing, and implementing operational safeguards that maintain the integrity of data and protect against unauthorized access.
• Management of integrated 3rd party services
• Responsible for Application portfolio optimization initiatives and implementing automation capabilities using Azure BOT, AI, Cognitive Services & Machine Learning.
• Management of source code versioning tools (TFS, GitHub, Jira, Confluence etc.).
• Strong exposure to Microsoft Cloud technologies and Azure Services.
• Implementing automation use cases using MS Power Platform, AI builder and Azure services and user stories for release requirements.
• Developing automation BOTs / scripts
• Implementing continues deployments using CI/CD Azure pipelines.
• Management of SaaS applications licenses optimization and governance.
• Utilize programming languages like Java, Python, SQL, Ruby and Go, Container Orchestration services including Docker and Kubernetes, CM tools including Ansible and Terraform, and a variety of AWS tools and services.
• Practical experience implementing, configuring, scaling, and managing various AWS services, including but not limited to: WAF, CloudFront, EC2, VPC, ECS, ECR, ALB, IAM, Route53, EFS, S3

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 6 years of experience in DevOps Engineering (Internship experience does not apply)
• At least 3 years of experience in Cloud Native technologies (Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
• At least 4 years of Unix or Linux system administration experience
