Responsibilities

• Develop and automate the existing and new reporting requirements, keeping them standardized, but flexible enough to incorporate last-minute changes and adjustments in a fast-moving reporting environment.
• Ability to work with multiple teams to analyze their requirements and provide Power BI reports.
• Developing automated interactive/dynamic Power BI dashboards.
• Efficiently handle large datasets and be able to confidently process them into required formats and execute queries to get the desired result.
• Experience in creating KPI scorecards, customized charts, custom calculations, and effective visualization as per requirements using Power BI desktop.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, data modeling, and representing data in various interactive visuals like tables, matrix, maps, charts, etc.,
• Working on end-to-end Power BI reports and dashboard development.
• Ability to manage priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Deep understanding of the concepts of Data modeling and creating relationships and building Power BI Reports.
• Strong skills in Power query (M language).
• Extensive experience with M and DAX functions is a must.
• Experience with manipulating/analyzing large volumes of data and performing ETL (Extract, transform, load).
• Experience in drill-through, drill-down and click-through reports.
• Good understanding of SQL, and MySQL.
• Should have command on all the functions of Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications

• Degree in information systems or computer science or any equivalent.
• 3+ years' using Power BI (other leading BI applications will be considered)
• 3+ years' of database design and work with unstructured data in a data lake environment
• Strong knowledge of data collection software and protocol
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency Advanced Formulas, Pivot Tables & Macros
• Ability to structure business discussions and scope solutions.
• Excellent analytical and forecasting ability.
• Understand current data protection and privacy laws.
• Ability to think through problems and provide recommendations to a solution.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects in parallel.
• Proven ability to develop and manage BI solutions using Power BI
• Strong knowledge of T-SQL and DAX to support reports, dashboards, and data models.
