The Senior Scrum Master/Business Analyst plays a critical role in bridging business needs and technical solutions. This role focuses on analysing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing agile-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. The position requires strong expertise in Agile methodologies, project management, PI Planning, backlog management, and customer experience (CX) principles to drive successful delivery outcomes in a hybrid work environment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements aligned with organizational goals.
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines for business initiatives.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
- Lead and support PI Planning activities.
- Manage and prioritize the Product Backlog based on business value.
- Provide insights to enhance Customer Experience (CX) through business solutions.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless business and technology integration.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement using Agile methodologies.
- Conduct business process analysis for optimization and efficiency.
- Ensure clear communication between business and technical teams.
- Lead workshops and Agile training sessions.
- Evaluate project outcomes and provide recommendations for improvement.
- 8–9 years of overall experience (5–9 years relevant experience).
- Strong experience as a Scrum Master.
- Hands-on experience with PI Planning.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) – Mandatory.
- PMP Certification (Preferred / Required as per JD mention).
- Expertise in: Agile methodologies, Sprint ceremonies, Product Backlog management, Project Management tools & techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in hybrid (remote + onsite) environments.
- Knowledge of CX-Scrum Master Work Model.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) – Preferred but not mandatory.
