Responsibilities

• Assist with new development of upcoming statutory projects
• Assist with system re-engineering efforts related to the new suite of Policy Administration systems
• Develop Oracle stored procedures, packages, views, and triggers necessary to maintain underwriting, premium audit, risk control, and billing processes
• Assist with the timely resolution of production issues
• Assist with system re-engineering and mate Nance efforts related to Policy Center written in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, MVC, and .NET Core
• Assist with security scanning and remediate vulneraries.
• Assist with development of web application that meet WCAG guidelines
• Develop various policy related API and microweb services
• Efforts related to integrate policy data to data warehouse/business intelligence system

Qualifications

• 84 months experience in Oracle development, PL/SQL development including Triggers, Packages, Procedures, functions, views, SQL Tuning, and generating a data file from Oracle.
• 84 months experience with Microsoft .NET and Object-Oriented Programming, developing web-based systems using Microsoft ASP.NET and MVC.
• 84 months experience in static scanning, Third party component Scan and vulnerability remediation.
• 60 months experience with JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, JSON, and HTML, XML, REST API.
• 84 months experience developing web application conforming to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.
• 60 months experience in using Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines.
• 84 months experience with Innotas.

Education
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or STEM field plus 2+ years of software development, or <2 with a master’s degree, and at least 1+ using Linux and C++
