- Act as a strategic leader and coach for the Agile Release Train (ART).
- Synchronize activities across multiple SAFe architecture and development teams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as PI Planning, System Demos, Scrum of Scrums, and ART syncs.
- Establish and manage calendars for iterations and program increments.
- Identify and manage program-level risks, dependencies, and impediments.
- Escalate and resolve blockers affecting ART performance
- Develop SAFe metrics and reporting to provide insights for leadership and decision-making.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on progress and challenges.
- Coach teams and leaders on Lean-Agile principles.
- Ensure compliance with change management processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across teams and ART.
- 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer (RTE).
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks – SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.
- Proven expertise with Jira and reporting/metrics development.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to influence and lead without direct authority.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree preferred
