Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic leader and coach for the Agile Release Train (ART).
  • Synchronize activities across multiple SAFe architecture and development teams.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as PI Planning, System Demos, Scrum of Scrums, and ART syncs.
  • Establish and manage calendars for iterations and program increments.
  • Identify and manage program-level risks, dependencies, and impediments.
  • Escalate and resolve blockers affecting ART performance
  • Develop SAFe metrics and reporting to provide insights for leadership and decision-making.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on progress and challenges.
  • Coach teams and leaders on Lean-Agile principles.
  • Ensure compliance with change management processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across teams and ART.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer (RTE).
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks – SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.
  • Proven expertise with Jira and reporting/metrics development.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and leadership skills. 
  • Ability to influence and lead without direct authority.
  • Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree preferred
