Product Analyst
Description

The Product Analyst will support the Mortgage Servicing team at Freddie Mac by analysing business requirements and translating them into clear product deliverables. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and development teams to ensure product features align with business needs. The ideal candidate should have strong Agile experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the mortgage banking domain. The candidate should also be able to ramp up quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyse business requirements related to mortgage servicing products. 
  • Write clear and well-structured user stories and acceptance criteria. 
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand product requirements. 
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements. 
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. 
  • Ensure proper documentation of product requirements and updates. 
  • Support product development by bridging communication between business and technical teams. 
Qualifications
  • Strong Agile experience (mandatory). 
  • Experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst. 
  • Mortgage domain experience in banking (mandatory). 
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Ability to write clear user stories and product documentation. 
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes. 
Education

Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
