Power Platform Developer
Description

The Power Platform Developer will design, develop, and maintain Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate solutions for government stakeholders. The role involves gathering business requirements, creating efficient solutions, and ensuring successful deployment in a hybrid work environment supporting DOJ/OIG operations.   

Responsibilities
  • Analyze requirements and identify suitable Power Platform solutions 
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirement gathering sessions 
  • Document and validate business and functional requirements 
  • Identify gaps and resolve inconsistencies with stakeholders 
  • Develop Power BI reports and dashboards 
  • Build Power Apps solutions with user-friendly interfaces 
  • Design SharePoint pages, templates, and sites (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) 
  • Create SharePoint lists, libraries, and forms using Power Apps & Power Automate 
  • Customize document libraries using content types and site columns 
  • Integrate SharePoint workflows with external systems 
  • Test and debug solutions to ensure reliability and accuracy 
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) 
  • Strong experience with: Power BI Desktop, Power Query Editor, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), Data modelling & relationships, Custom visualizations, Data source connectivity and Performance optimization. 
  • Experience with SharePoint Online. 
  • Ability to analyse and document business requirements. 
  • Experience working with stakeholders and conducting workshops 
  • US Citizenship with Active Top-Secret Clearance (Mandatory) 
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in: Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering / Related field. 
  • Degree must be from a US Department of Education accredited university
