Sr. Product Engineering Manager
Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Engineering Manager with strong experience in Facets (TriZetto), .NET, SQL Server, and Azure within the healthcare payer domain.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise solutions. The role also requires coordination with offshore teams and flexibility to support extended working hours when needed.

Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership & Delivery: Lead design, development, and deployment of solutions in healthcare payer systems, Drive modernization and transition initiatives (e.g., Facets G6 migration) and ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure system architecture
  • Facets Administration & Support: Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot Facets modules: Facets Core Batch, Broker, Data Publisher, Facets Interactive (PZB), NetworX & Workflow, CMU and support Facets ecosystem including batch jobs and integrations
  • Database & Data Management: Work with Microsoft SQL Server for querying, analysis, and scripting, Develop and execute ad-hoc scripts for Facets systems and Ensure data integrity and performance optimization
  • Cloud & Monitoring: Support Azure-based environments and migrations, Use Dynatrace for monitoring and performance tracking and maintain system reliability and uptime
  • DevOps & Automation: Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation, Handle software installations (e.g., uDeploy) and manage certificates and service accounts
  • Collaboration & Operations: Coordinate daily handoffs with offshore teams, participate in early morning and late evening sync calls and support on-call rotation.
Qualifications
  • Strong experience with TriZetto Facets (administration & support)
  • Hands-on experience with: SSIS (installation, configuration, support), Microsoft SQL Server, .NET technologies, Azure cloud environment
  • Experience with Facets components (Batch, Broker, Data Publisher, etc.)
  • Experience in healthcare payer domain
  • Strong troubleshooting and system support skills
  • Ability to work in distributed/onshore-offshore model
Education
  • Master’s degree (MBA, MS, or MTech) is a plus, especially for leadership roles
  • Relevant certifications (preferred but not mandatory), such as: Microsoft Azure certifications, DevOps or CI/CD tool certifications and healthcare IT or Facets‑related certification
